Dental Insurance

If you prefer to pay only your portion of the charges, we will first submit a pre-authorization request to your insurance company. They will then provide a response outlining the portion they will cover. Once treatment is completed, we will bill your insurance for their share and collect only your portion directly from you.

In the event your insurance company denies benefits, we are happy to assist by submitting a reasonable appeal on your behalf. While the final financial responsibility rests with you, please know that we have successfully written many appeals for our patients and are committed to helping you receive all the benefits you are entitled to.

Some patients choose to pay in full at the time of service, and we then submit the necessary paperwork to help them obtain reimbursement. Our team works diligently to maximize your reimbursement whenever possible.

If you decide to proceed with treatment right away, without waiting for a pre-authorization, full payment is required at the time of service. We will then file the claim on your behalf so you may be reimbursed directly. Please note that many procedures can often be performed without waiting for a pre-estimate, such as extractions, fillings, full-mouth X-rays with a complete exam, cleanings, and—in cases of pain or infection—even root canals.
